At Little Swimmers we value the investment you're making in your child. Swimming not only contributes to your child's overall health, but also builds their strength and confidence in themselves. By learning to swim and acquiring different strokes, your child will be motivated to apply themself not only during swim lessons, but also in other areas of their life, such as school. Hour-long lessons Our hour-long semi-private lessons for 2+ year olds are priced at $160 per month for 4 classes (1 per week). This equals an hourly rate of $40, which is highly competitive with other swim schools in the area. By selling bigger bundles of classes at a shorter lesson time, some schools actually end up charging as much as $90 per hour! By offering the extended lesson time, we ensure that your child has time to work on the individual strokes each week - something that is very difficult to accomplish with only 20 or 30 minute lessons. 30 Minute lessons For our younger students and new swimmers, we offer 30-minute semi-private classes priced at $120 per month (1 per week). This equals a lesson rate of $30 an hour, which also is highly competitive with other schools in the area. The 30-minute format is appropriate for younger students who are new to a lesson format and thus might still have a hard time staying focused for longer time-periods, and for the new swimmer who might still have fears of the water, blowing bubbles or putting their head under. Once they become accustomed to swimming and our program, we recommend moving up to the hour-long format to be able to work on invidual strokes better. Class Size & Swim Partners In addition, our commitment to the quality of lessons and your child's learning curve means that we will never have more than 2 students per class! We feel that a swim partner is beneficial in many ways (motivation, healthy competition, companionship), but we also don't want to jeopardize the quality of the lesson for the individual child. All our swim partners are matched through carefull assessment of skills, personalities and age! If you feel strongly about keeping your child's lessons private, contact us for pricing! Mommy & Me Classes We also offer Mommy & Me Classes at Little Swimmers priced at $100 per month for 4 classes (1 per week). Our Mommy & Me classes are a great opportunity for you to introduce your baby to the water, while improving and strengthening their gross motor skills. And, it is also a great opportunity to bond with your child. Mom's Groups We are also now offering Mommy & Me classes to Mom's Groups! If you're a member of a small Mom's or Play Group and would like to come together for classes with your babies, we will offer a discount for everybody. Classes are priced at $85 per month for 4 classes (1 per week) per Mom. Registration will have to be joint, and classes will only continue while all original members are continuously swimming.
