Registration:
We are available to accept your registration request at any time during the day. Please utilize the contact us link and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our lesson availability is based upon demand and is constantly changing, so it’s not possible to post a lesson schedule. Please contact us to inquire about available times, and please indicate if you have any preferred days and times of day for lessons. If we do not have any classes available during your preferred days/times, we will add your swimmer to our wait list and let you know as soon as spots become available. We generally get through our wait list quickly as we are always adding more class times to our schedule.
Cancellation Non-Renewal Policy:
Lessons are paid in advance, starting the first day of the 4-week tuition cycle. Lessons are considered to be ongoing and year-round. We assume you want to continue lessons, and tuition is automatically renewed unless we receive a written cancellation notice two weeks prior to the start of a new tuition cycle. If we receive less than a 2-week notice, 100% of the tuition for the next cycle will be due to Little Swimmers. Once a lesson cycle has started, there are no refunds.
Make-Up Policy:
If your swimmer is sick or can’t make a scheduled lesson, we need to know 24 hours in advance of the lesson time to be able to offer you a make-up lesson. This does include illness. If we receive less than 24 hours cancellation notice, a make-up will not be offered. Please always notify the office directly at Office@LittleSwimmersConcord.com.
We offer one make-up per 4 week tuition cycle. Any additional absence during a tuition cycle would not be eligible for a make-up class.
Make-ups cannot be scheduled in lieu of a regular lesson but would need to be an additional day/time. Once a make-up is scheduled, it cannot be re-scheduled for any reason. Make-ups do not expire, unless your swimmer is no longer an active swimmer. Make-ups are not guaranteed!! We will do our best to accommodate, however we encourage you to make every effort to attend your scheduled class each week. Unused make-ups are void after your swimmer’s final lesson with us.
Make-ups are not guaranteed with your swimmer’s regular instructor, but based on availability in our schedule.
Instructor Requests/Changes:
Our program is designed around creating a bond with your assigned instructor. However, there are times that your instructor is out/sick. In that case, we will provide a substitute instructor to teach the lesson in their place. All instructors follow the same format and will leave notes on your swimmer’s progress. Unless you are contacted by Little Swimmers and told otherwise, the lesson will take place as planned.
We understand that instructor changes can be difficult. The majority of our instructors are either high school or college students and have demanding school and homework schedules. Many are also student athletes and have swim practices or water polo games. Other instructors are parents and have to think about their own families and schedules as a priority. While we do our best to keep our instructors schedules as consistent as possible, we cannot guarantee a particular instructor for reasons beyond our control.
Swim Diapers:
All swimmers under the age of two and those that are not fully potty-trained will need to wear a re-usable cloth swim diaper. We do not allow disposable swim diapers in our pools as they damage our filtration system. Please make sure your swimmer uses the restroom prior to their lesson to avoid any accidents.
Safety Policies:
No running allowed on the pool deck. Please make sure siblings are not being disruptive in the pool area during lessons.
No food or drink is allowed in the facility. Please do not bring snacks or drinks (other than water) into our facility or onto our pool decks.
Parents are required to stay in the facility during their swimmer(s) lesson. They may need your help going to the bathroom and we need to have a parent available in case of an emergency.
